Remote Support
Connect to a Device
At MSP247, your security is our priority. We will only ever ask you to connect to a device through our secure portal, ensuring complete control and safety over every session. Each connection is temporary, and once your issue is resolved, the session is closed, protecting your privacy and ensuring your system remains secure at all times.

How remote support works
- Contact MSP247 first. Call 0330 301 0500, email support@msp247.co.uk or use the Helpdesk so we can confirm your request.
- Open the secure portal. Choose the appropriate button above only when an MSP247 engineer asks you to begin a session.
- Stay in control. You can see the session while the engineer investigates. The temporary support application closes when the work is complete.
- Confirm the outcome. We will explain what was changed and any follow-up action that may be required.
Before you connect
Never accept an unexpected remote-access request, even if the caller claims to represent MSP247, Microsoft, Apple, your bank or another trusted organisation. If you are unsure, end the call and contact MSP247 using the telephone number published on this website. Do not share passwords, multi-factor authentication codes or banking details during a support session.
Devices we support
Our remote-support service is designed primarily for managed Windows and macOS computers. We can also guide users with iPhone, iPad, Chromebook and other supported business devices where the issue can be handled safely. Some hardware, cabling, Wi-Fi and site-security faults may require an arranged on-site visit.
Remote access is one part of our wider managed IT support service for organisations across Yorkshire. New customers who need ongoing support can contact our team to discuss devices, users, locations and response requirements.
